Yes. We have kept Body Corporate fees as low as possible and they range between $2,000 and $3,600 per year depending on the home. We see this as a positive as it ensures the home are maintained, quality of living is kept high. Body Corp fees cover building and common area maintenance such as gardens plus building insurance.
There are common collection areas provided for rubbish bins. These will be collected on a weekly basis as a minimum.
