Our homes are set pricing so you know from the start what you will pay. No auctions, no negotiating. However you can set out your conditions in a Conditional offer. This means you do not pay anything until your conditions are satisfied. These may include finance, soliticors approval etc.
Once your conditions are satisfied and your offer goes unconditional the deposit is due. This is paid to our solicitors trust account.
Until your home is completed and settled we will update you with construction progress along the way.
7-10 Days before settlement we will take you through your home to do a pre-settlement inspection – to ensure all is ready for you.
Once construction is complete and the new titles have been issued, we can settle on your home. The remainder of the purchase price is due, the title is transferred to your name and we hand over the keys. Congratulations!
