To get an idea of what you are able to purchase and what help may be of assistance such as Kiwisaver or First Home offers. A pre-approval is great to have to speed up your buying process. If you don’t already have a broker, we can help – we’ve partnered with Squirrel, who specialise in new build lending, and can guide you through the process with tailored advice.

Once you have chosen your home, talk to Nicki and Will and they will help you make an offer, including any conditions that are relevant to you. These may include finance, solicitors’ approval etc. You do not pay anything until your conditions  are satisfied.

Once your conditions are satisfied and your offer goes unconditional the deposit is due. This is paid to our solicitor’s trust account.

7–10 Days before settlement we will take you through your home todo a pre-settlement inspection – to ensure all is ready for you.

The remainder of the purchase price is due, the title is transferred to your name and we hand over the keys. Congratulations!
